If you need assistance for travel on metro, Moscow Central Circle (MCC) or Moscow Central Diameter (MCD), you can use the services of the Passenger Mobility Support Center (PMSC) of the Moscow Metro.
PMSC employees provide assistance to people with limited mobility: those with hearing, vision, and musculoskeletal disorders, the elderly, large families, parents with children under seven years of age, and others, as well as organized groups of passengers, including children (children under 11 years old).
